Standard New Zealand delivery

Standard delivery costs NZ$19. Delivery is free when your goods total after discounts is NZ$100 or more. Your cart shows the delivery charge before you pay.

Delivery varies by product. Check the estimate in your cart before paying. Some products have extended delivery estimates, which you must accept at checkout. Items may arrive separately. We will contact you if an estimate changes; your cancellation and statutory rights remain unaffected.

We currently offer standard delivery only. If there is a delay or an address cannot be served, we will contact you. You retain your statutory rights if we cannot deliver as agreed.

Where orders come from

Products may be dispatched from overseas suppliers. Our company address is in Thailand; we do not advertise a New Zealand warehouse or collection point. The delivery charge shown at checkout is the charge you pay to us for the agreed order.

Tracking and problems

Use the tracking link supplied for your parcel. If tracking is missing, a parcel is late or it arrives damaged, contact theteam@preppercompany.co.nz with your order reference.
